4. Trading Rules

All trades executed on 9CEX are final. You are responsible for understanding the risks associated with cryptocurrency trading, including but not limited to market volatility, liquidity risks, and technology failures.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not: (a) use the Service for illegal purposes; (b) engage in market manipulation; (c) circumvent security measures; (d) create multiple accounts; (e) use automated systems without authorization.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology on the 9CEX platform are owned by 9CEX or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

9CEX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
